Q. What is your service? Is it an online course?

A. No, we do not offer any kind of online training course. We are exam agent who can help you obtain IT certification without you doing any test and study.


Q. Is this service illegal?

A. Sure not. All exams are taken in the area where doing commercial exams for others are not illegal business.


Q. If the test is shown as being done in UK, will that not be a problem if someone realizes that I am based in US?

A. Testing site information does not display on your certificate, certification wallet card, score report as well as the official certification site. There is no difference wherever the test is taken.


Q. Are these exam records registered at Microsoft / Cisco? So if anyone checks the status with Microsoft /Cisco, it can be confirmed as a proper exam pass?

A. Exactly. Exams will be taken for you at the authorized testing centers with the help of the certified instructor and thus everything is the same as a regular candidate.


Q. Will I receive genuine certificates, badges and certification wallet card in my name?

A. Sure. You will receive a full package of welcome kit directly mailed directly from Microsoft / Cisco to your home address directly.

Q. How can I know the service progress once I make the payment?
